Melissa is a San Pedrana, having been born and raised in San Pedro town on Ambergris Caye. Melissa is drawn to her community and its small-town feel in light of its great transformation – experiencing the growth as a resident and understanding why visitors are drawn to her beautiful home. She and her husband and son, also born and raised in San Pedro, have great respect for the environment and the sea and spend a good share of their time on the water.
Having more than 16 years’ experience in local real estate, Melissa is prepared to discuss living and investing in Belize. She is enthusiastic about creating relationships with her clients and making her home their home.
Melissa feels blessed because she is a cancer survivor. It is this survivorship that has given her a zest for life and relationships and has taught her to truly appreciate each and every day. She lives in the moment and treasures her family and home. When she is not at the office, Melissa enjoys working out, spending time outdoors with her family and indulging at the local coffee shops. She is always up for a cup of coffee or the local Belizean cuisine.
