The Coral Cottage, our newly built dwelling. It has a king bed and a sleeper sofa in the cozy living area, front porch, hammocks and full bathroom with an indoor and outdoor shower.
Seahorse Cottage
The Seahorse Cottage is ideal for extended family or additional friends. This cottage can accommodate up to 6 ย guests and ย is situated near the Mangrove Cove where you will be able to spot many seahorses. It features two queen beds, two twin beds an in-cottage bathroom plus an outdoor shower.
The Great House
The Great House is a charming sand floor indoor/outdoor living room space with amazing amenities. It includes a full bar, music system, half bathroom, kitchen, dining table, board games, dart board and more. This space is perfect for celebrating togetherness with family and friends. Additionally, there is a full-size day bed for napping or an optional additional overnight stay accommodation.
The island is separated from utilities on the mainland the island. This permits it to be ย completely self-sufficient. Each unit comes complete with multiple solar panels which are hooked into a battery and inverter system. An air conditioning unit could be installed if 14 solar panels and 9 batteries were installed on the new unit.
The water is handled with 500 gallon tanks at each of the units for shower water and drinking water can be supplied through light treatment of the rain water with bleach.
