Elliott McAllister is the newest addition to the Ambergris Caye, Belize RE/MAX team but certainly no stranger to real estate. He has been active in the island real estate market since making the move to San Pedro in 2017.
Elliott comes from a well-rounded background as first a seller’s agent, then underwriter, then acquisitions manager at a Dallas, TX brokerage where he completed a record 49 transactions in his first year. He also holds an active real estate license in his native state of Florida. Elliott loves the Belize real estate market because it’s the perfect balance of investment and lifestyle.
Elliott received an education at the esteemed Jesuit High School and ultimately graduated from Florida State University with a degree in International Affairs and Political Science. He’s fluent in Spanish as he lived in Spain for two years and has also spent extensive time in Mexico for the recent birth of his daughter.
Elliott has been hooked by that La Isla Bonita charm and is enjoying every moment of the island life with his wife, daughter, and their dog and cat.
